One of my favorite quotes is by Henry Ford: “If I had asked people what they wanted, they would have said faster horses.” People are experts in their own problems, but not always in the solutions. That’s why I believe great problem-solving and storytelling starts with asking the right questions—digging deep into customer pain points and translating them into compelling narratives that make complex ideas clear and memorable.
